There was fire at block 408. the fire was at the first floor and a fire engine approached. It wasn't scary. Nobody got hurt and then a fire man came with a fire extingusher. He sprayed the extingusher soap water on the fire three times.

I think the first soapy spray was to put the fire out, the second to give the house a wash and the third was just an attempt to clean a very dirty cat that was lurking around.
